  • The app is very easy to use as long as you can read the instructions: each level includes its own instructions for how it will work. There are three difficulties and 24 levels, which are unlocked as each level is completed. The "crazy" level is quite difficult, but the difficulty level ramps up gradually.
  • One of the 24 levels involves tapping a button that says "Bang!" when a man icon appears. The icon is the traditional one used for restrooms, and after tapping "Bang!" it disappears.

  • Pretty safe. Occasionally at start-up the app will ask if you would like to rate it. Tapping "Sure!" takes you to the iTunes store to submit a rating and review. Otherwise, there are no links to anything outside of the app.

What parents need to know

Parents need to know that 0.03 seconds is a game that tests reaction times via a series of different mini-games. There isn't much content that is inappropriate for young children, but because of the diffculty of some of the tasks and the necessity of reading the instructions for each game, younger children may not be able to play without a lot of help. One of the 24 levels involves tapping a button that says "Bang!" when a man icon appears.
